Regular physical activity is important for stroke recovery and reducing chances of another stroke.
It also keeps you healthy and strong!
Researchers from the University of Melbourne are looking for survivors of stroke to participate in a personalised physical activity program.
This study aims to find out how long you need to be active for each week (activity duration) and how hard you have to work while active (activity intensity) to be beneficial for your health.
